My old phone has been freezing and freaking out on me lately. I have insurance on it so I went in to see what kind of replacement phone I could get. Turns out I was due for an upgrade so now I have the newest, fastest version of my old phone. I'm a very happy girl :)

Buffalo Blasts

I went to Salt Lake for a couple of meetings today. The hospital we went to is really close to the Cheesecake Factory so of course we stopped by. Yummmmm!

So long... Farewell...

Our department director, Richard, got a new job so we had a going away party today. This picture is of those of us that work in the administration office with him. We will miss him!! Richard has worked in Radiology for 28 years. Luckily he only moved to a department across the hall so we'll still get to see him frequently.

There are signs everywhere

We've had crazy weather here the last few weeks. I'm beginning to think that spring will never get here. Today I noticed these buds and it made me feel much better.

 

Check that off my Bucket List

I love to read, this will come as no surprise to any of you. One of my favorite books ever written is The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. It's one of the most beautiful books ever written. Markus doesn't do a lot of book events so I never thought I'd get to meet him and have him sign my book. Luckily I was wrong- I had the opportunity to meet him on Saturday night. It was an amazing night! .

Do Not Disturb

Rae was trying to finish The Book Thief last night while we were at the book signing so every free second she had while we were in line at the event was spent reading. She didn't finish but she got pretty far.

Higher Ground

Brownie was not a fan of the white stuff on the ground this morning so he escaped to higher ground.

I went to a concert at the Jeanne Wagner Theater in Salt Lake City tonight. This took up an entire 2 story wall in the theater.

A Sad Day

I dropped my point and shoot camera last night at a concert and it broke. I take my camera with me everywhere with me so this is quite traumatic for me. I guess I will be camera shopping this weekend.

My biggest weakness

What is it about musicians that makes them so damn sexy? I have such a soft spot for boys that can sing and/or play a musical instrument.

Territory dispute
